1-Year Workmanship & Materials Coverage

For the first 12 months after your closing date, we guarantee that your home will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, as defined by industry standards and the Texas Residential Construction Commission’s guidelines. This includes items such as:

• Interior and exterior finishes

• Doors, windows, and trim

• Flooring, cabinets, and countertops

• Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC workmanship

2-Year Systems Coverage

For the first 24 months, we cover major mechanical systems to ensure your home operates as designed:

• Plumbing systems

• Electrical systems

• HVAC systems (heating and cooling)

10-Year Structural Coverage

For 10 years, we warrant that the home will be free from major structural defects that could affect its safety or stability, including:

• Foundation systems

• Load-bearing walls

• Beams and roof framing

What’s Not Covered

While our warranty is comprehensive, it does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues after closing

• Damage caused by neglect, misuse, or improper maintenance

• Acts of nature (storms, floods, hail, etc.)

• Items covered by separate manufacturer warranties (appliances, roofing materials, etc.)

How to Request Warranty Service
